Carbon & climateNot yet coveredLondon, United KingdomFounded 2018

Treeconomy estimates above-ground biomass for every hectare at 10 m resolution from satellite imagery, with an uncertainty figure for each pixel and nine years of change history. An integrated tier adds the customer's own field data to improve current and historical estimates. Asset managers use it for valuation, reporting and risk, and project developers for screening, verification evidence and monitoring. Named case studies include Gresham House and Great Yellow, and R&D funding has come from ESA, the UK Space Agency and UKRI.
